How? After 12 years teaching secondary school maths in Winchester, I have found the ways that work best for improving maths skills.
Giving students confidence in their own ability and getting better GCSE grades as a result.
Most students can do better at maths than they think, but often need one-on-one help. I have a knack of making maths fun. Usually there are a few areas that students need help with.
As a private teacher I can now spend the time that the individual student needs to build confidence.

Availability
I have a few slots still available for tuition, please check the calendar below. Teaching takes place at our home in Sparsholt, and you are welcome to stay with your child. (Alternative location is by arrangement).
Go ahead a book a trial hour at a 50% discount, so we can get to know each other and see how I can help. Normal teaching rate is £50 per hour.

Your maths classes this year really reminded me how much I like the subject and that I could actually pursue a career it, As you may be able to tell, I’m not a huge fan of school in general, but having maths everyday with you teaching has been a huge encouragement for me to want to come to school.
